Amazing View and Helpful Staff
The location of the hotel was perfect as it provided a stunning view from the room. The staff was always willing to help us and made our stay more comfortable. The hotel's traditional bamboo fishing rods were a unique feature that we enjoyed using. the hotel was situated near several attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area.
The restaurant was overpriced, and we found that the cafe down the road was a better alternative. We also managed to book one of the few rooms available, but other guests may have difficulty finding accommodation there during peak season.

The rooms smelled musty due to the proximity to the lake. the lack of variety of food options was frustrating for picky eaters.

The hotel is located at the beautiful Alappuzha backwaters, offering stunning views. The service provided by Saneesh and Aby was amazing and personalized. The 2-hour sikkara travel with guide Soman was fantastic, exploring paddy fields and toddy shops. The food, especially the butter chicken and biryani, prepared by the chef, was delicious.
Everything is what I need and want.
